AI Twin chat, CX Lab and courses: the questions and answers you type and your progress, linked to a random session ID — used to answer you and improve the content. Please don't type sensitive personal information into the chat.
Server logs: IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and troubleshooting.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Signing up or sending a form is optional. By doing so you agree to us using your data for that purpose. You can withdraw consent at any time — use the unsubscribe link in any email or email us — and we will stop and delete your data unless the law requires us to keep it.
Only the services needed to run the site: Hostinger (server, Mumbai, India); AI model providers used to generate chat answers (for example Groq, or models running on our own server) which receive the text of your chat question; Google Gmail (sending emails). Each receives only what is needed.
Signup emails: until you unsubscribe. Messages and form details: as long as needed to deal with your request. Chat and course logs: only as long as they are useful for answering you and improving the content; you can ask us to delete yours at any time. Server logs: short-term only.
HTTPS everywhere and owner-only access to stored data. Internal data and admin functions are locked behind a login. If a personal-data breach happens, we will inform affected people and the authorities as required by law.
You can ask to access a summary of your data, correct or update it, delete it, withdraw consent, or nominate someone to act for you. Email helpustech@gmail.com with the subject "DATA REQUEST" — we reply within 7 working days.
